We’re all about relationships and we take the time to get to know our customers and build long-lasting partnerships based on trust and mutual success. We are equally dedicated to cultivating a supportive team environment, where collaboration and a shared sense of purpose are our strength. One of those long lasting partnerships is our involvement in dedicated global exporting and marketing brand Three Good Men.
View WebsiteThis joint venture brings together the strengths of ourselves (suppliers and packhouse of squash in Hawke’s Bay), Freshco (export company in Auckland) and Coxco (suppliers of squash in Gisborne).
Three Good Men can proudly offer its customers an integrated field-to-shelf marketing structure, successfully managing the supply chain from production and post-harvest services through to retail supply. The all-encompassing structure brings the retail or supermarket customer closer to production and our growers. Our team situated in Asia assists directly with market development, customer relations, marketing and promotional solutions.
Co-founded by John Mangan, Freshco was established in 1989 as an Auckland-based fruit export business specialising in Apples, Cherries and Squash. Over the years, they have grown to include orchards, packing houses, coolstores, and offices in key growing locations throughout the country. A key partner in Three Good Men, together we manage the export of over 15,000 tonnes of squash to Japan and Korea annually.
Managed by Omi Badsar, Coxco Farming was established in 2006 and specialises in the growth of squash across its 700 hectares of very rich alluvial silt loams on the Poverty Bay plains. As one of our key partners in Three Good Men they supply the best quality squash from the Gisborne region to our packhouse here in Hawke's Bay.
